I came to a point in my career journey, where I finally admitted to myself that I needed help. Rosalin was a perfect match for me because :
• She is skilled at uncovering the logic/thought process/emotions behind your words.
• She uses effective tools to help, such as, guided writing exercises
• She offers solutions to address that thing you need to let go of
.• She's direct in her communication. I don't want to waste time on figuring it out, and she gave me the direct feedback that I was ready to to move forward.
• I can be vulnerable and share "stupid" ideas with her without feeling embarrassed, and we really drilled into those ideas.
This was necessary. I spent two hours with Rosalin before my scheduled job interviews. I truly believe that her feedback helped better prepare me for both interviews. I landed the job, and I plan on continuing to work with her.
